life after 33% women reservation bill being passed in Rajya sabha......

After a prolonged debate of over 14 years women reservation bill on 9th March 2010 was passed in upper house the Rajya sabha, which certainly a milestone in history of Indian democracy though right to chose your own representative is at stake now anybody might be asked to chose on the bases of gender through a lottery system. Though it will certainly be responsible for improvement of women condition which is definitely facing atrocities and ignorance in this country, even they do not have time to vote as the are forced to do lots of house hold work, if there would be any seats left after ministers relatives and friends there are speculation are there that few women who have worked at grass root level might get few seats. For democracy to run properly we have to have a common platform for all, where every body is treated equally but this needs to be implemented with right intentions.

But as the women reservation bill is passed in Rajya sabha entire men community is preferring to be on safer side and has started practicing household activities as there empowered women might even leave them helpless to do it on there own. Even a class one government officer was caught cleaning his toilet flush in the morning and was also seen in kitchen doing house hold duties like serving tea to his wife and daughter, not only that his engineer son was caught by our reporter cleaning floor in much worse condition than 'Bhura' of 'LAGAAN' he was being trained by his dad for his better future. These are those men who were always seen siting in front of TV watching match and ordering like pani le ana (get me some water) and they dont even have Tata sky plus jisko laga dala life jingala so women at home don't even get to watch there serials as they complained as one of the atrocities in India (these serials are telecast for 3 times atleast why these Tata sky guys don't know that) so as now IPL is on and to get the permission to watch it they are trying to provide more spare time and comfort to watch the repeat telecast to ladies of the house, who is now a days can be seen surfing over the internet watching pics of Shahid Afridi and other one on mobilephone discussing politics (majorly famliy politics believe me u cant afford to enter it) over all seen at many such families has changed considerably this 33% reservation has started to show its effect and for good. This can be seen in majority of Indian families where the mango man aam admi is welcoming this women reservation bill, hoping it get implemented properly with right motives and does not become a vote bank politics.

Who are they to dictate without a mandate?

I still remember the time when my dad told me about Bal Keshav Thackeray that he brought Bombay (now Mumbai) together against Dawood Ibrahim and made him run away from India, i don't know how much of its true..but what i can see today when i am in condition to decide on my own whats right or wrong, i can see a opportunist who just trying to play vote bank politics by segregating nations industrial capital and the land of dreams... from the people of this country. I see him fighting over a issue to claiming it to be his own which is almost now snatched by a person who betrayed him for position in party.

This issue is a age old issue once it has seen bloodshed when Gujratis claimed Bombay (Samyukta Maharashtra movement) and does he again want the same ? does he want hundreds of people dead again? what would satisfy his thirst? As he also had a government in Maharashtra he did nothing much for Marathi that is why he was eliminated by mandate.

I m shocked by the fact that Amitab Bachaan is now a favourite, as he joins hands with allies in Gujrat,in recent past he was the one who was insulted for opening a school in Uttar pradesh or his wife had to apologies for taking oath in Hindi(which is our national language. Well whatever national is in danger like hockey and tiger) . Now even Amitji can't handle his happiness has Mr. Thackeray showed his willingness to watch his movie. Shah Rukh khan today took a stand and said what he believed, what wrong he did? Why are people ready to support Thackeray so blindly? Those who don't why are they scared to come up?

Even that kin who is actually capitalising on this issue is so dangerous that he almost make mockery of the government and constitution. He has the power to give ultimatum to a large number of people living in city and nobody i mean nobody stands for those poor people, not even government. Who in the world has given them the right to do so? Karan Johar had to come and apologise him for using the word Bombay, i would say most of the 'Marathi' i have met they all call it Bombay, a very strange thing is that his own children study at BOMBAY SCOTTISH HIGH SCHOOL, here i m referring to Swarraj Thackeray now Raj Thackeray. Why is this hypocrisy? Why don't we see his wife in Marathi dress rather we see her in in salwar which is typical north Indian dress, may b this comment might not b very acceptable but why is there a difference inside the house and outside the house? why is it just to create a political propaganda?

Bal Keshav Thackeray claims to be tiger but i never saw a tiger attacking in group, this is what dogs do, hurting and insulting students coming all the way from Bihar , insulting poor taxi driver is not a characteristics of a Tiger, all 1411 will die due to shame if they get to know about this.

Yes many died fighting on 26/11, but even if they could answer they would tell that they fought for the nation not for a region they were against the enemy common to all states, they stood to protect each and every person living there in Mumbai, but the self proclaimed care taker, votes hungry people were those who were hiding, not even a single comment came from these people, they were not even visible for a month after they attack. They were hidden like rats.

In an interview Uddhav Thackeray when asked that why shouldn't North Indians be allowed to come to Mumbai he had no concrete answer to justify , he said then we shall allow Pakistanis and Bangladeshi to come to Mumbai but he forgot that they are not the one who follow the constitution of this nation which binds us all together as one and proudly call us as 'INDIAN'. This constitution also gives the right to speech which they seems to enjoy the most. SO it should be there duty to respect it.

What is the difference between them and terrorists in Kashmir they also wanted only Muslims to live there and made lakhs of Kashmir's pandits to take refugee. They also have no respect for the constitution of this country nad they also dont believe in one nation.

Is reservation policy working well?

IAS officer or any class one officer who is well paid by Government of India should their children should be granted reservation or not. This is a question in mind of many who are considering reservation policy incorrect

Historically if we view this fact they are those people of the society which had no right to improve their condition they were treated badly not because they were poor they were poor because of the treatment given to them by a higher social class which proclaimed themselves to be better on grounds of a system created by them to dominate. For this we will have to consider cultural setback and some boost needed for them to come forward.

But to improve their condition is the reservation policy correct?, with a view it can be observed that once a person is educated is on a very good position or working well, nobody would bother much, which reservation policy is doing well. It has brought many such people to a level at which they can lead their life respectfully. But even today it can be observed that even an IAS officer visits a house of an orthodox bramin family and that IAS officer is Dalit , then every thing he touched would be washed including the floor and sofa cover, there would be a separate crockery to welcome such guest. This is hard to accept but it is a definite truth, even today a dalit is hardly acceptable in intercaste marriages . You will find people being biased for a particular community and these guys are well educated.

This policy was suppose to remove this disparity, Is it actually working in that direction? It is a major question because when it comes to implementation part the way it has been implemented it has actually encouraged a new disparity, reserving a particular percentage of seats in colleges and Gov. organisation has lead to qualification of some who actually were not fit at all for that position, this has increased agony among those who were rejected even being a lot better for that position, it does happens some times the topper of a reserved category is not even close to general cuttoff .

This is certainly generating a disparity among them as the people are referred nowdays as" quata wala" or 'reserved banda' this is disappointing as many people are not ready to accept the fact that they need this boost as their are many still far behind even socially and economically. But this understanding is accepted from mature people what about those who start facing this reservation as competition at school level what impact does they have on them we cant expect them to be so mature. In what direction are we actually molding them. May be the case I discussed about bramin family will restrict to particular generation and the next generation kid would play with that IAS. After few year untouchables won’t exist but don’t you think a new categorization is developing "the quota wala candidate". Is it healthy? Is it the right measure? Isn't the mind set of people needed to be changed does this really doing that? Don't you think this is igniting anger against youngsters who think that reservation is not a fair means? What kind of upliftment is that which is making them a separate community? Well this can be seen among students, On reservation they would retaliate aggressively and would discuss with examples full of failure of reservation system. Somehow they are affected. Before preference was given to higher class now is it same as preference given to a some special class, disparity is still there, some steps are needed.
